Our founder, Esther
Hedberg
Esther has always loved collecting pretty shiney
things. About 20 years ago she settled on beads
and became an ardent collector of beads especially
unusual and old - sometimes ancient - beads. BeadSpring
arose from a long time dream.
Our Staff
Sue was our beader extraordinaire. If you could
dream it, she could probably
figure a way to make it. She taught all kinds of
bead work both on and off loom. She had over 30
years experience in fiber arts. She will be dearly
missed.
The college and high school aged bead lovers
working with us are delightful young people who
help make the store a happy and lively place that
welcomes young and old alike.
